The building consists of 29 useable office floors, while the total buildinng height is 31 floors. It also consists of 2 sublevel parking areas, and a rooftop break area.

One Innovation Way features 2 sub-level parking garage areas, served by elevators D-F. It features 50 parking spaces dedicated for guest and staff use. They can be accessed by the button panel, or by typing "-" button then the floor number on the keypad. You can get parking validated at the Front Desk of the floor you visit.
