Two Innovation Way is a realistic office building origionally built in 2004, and features 10 floors. In 2020, the main elevators were modernized, as well as the main lobby was renovated. Floor 10 was introduced in 2023, introducing rentable offices into the building. It is right across the street from One Innovation Way.
Like One Innovation, Two Innovation Way was designed for realism, as well as modern office spaces. Though it is less floors than One Innovation, you can still easliy access One Innovation & it's amenities.
Two Innovation Way has very realistic architecture, featuring 10 floors of workspace.
Two Innovation Way focuses on the design of modern areas & workspaces, stretching from the outside of the building to the minor details inside.
Two Innovation Way is only across the street from One Innovation, making it much easier to access, and allowing you to still enjoy it's amenites.
(COMING IN A LATER UPDATE) There will be 2 dedicated parking elevators that connect underground to the parking garage under One Innovation Way.

Two Innovation Way's elevators are some of the most realistic in Roblox. origionally OTIS Series 1, the main elevators have been modernized in 2021 to OTIS M2, and features a new cab design. The Service elevators still remain origonal though.
Two Innovation was renovated in 2022. This included a new, renovated Floor 10, as well as new main elevators, and a new, redesigned Lobby.
Offices @ Innovation way provide very modern but sufficient enviorments where you can get work done, while still being high enough to see scenery.

The main elevator (M2) came from NETCO Elevators, while service was custom-made by mc.conrad, also known as Progression.
